This is a program designed to promote awareness and educate students about the United States Constitution. Mr. Brian Knuuttila, an attorney, former city councilor and Massachusetts State Representative will discuss the connection between the United States Constitution and changing dynamics in local government and community organizing. Voter registration and absentee voter issues will also be covered. Consitution Day and Citizenship Day is observed to commemorate the signing of the United States Constitution on September 17, 1787.

All Fischer Institute events are free and open to the public unless otherwise noted.
